The Private Sector Partnership Unit at UNHCR Brazil has been rapidly growing over the last years, currently with a file of approximately 10,934 active monthly donors and 32,252 single donors mainly acquired through Direct Mail, DRTV and Digital programs. Its total file of Direct Mail donors consists of approximately 21,661 active contacts, responsible for almost half of Donor Development income share.

In order to increase engagement and generate additional income from Direct Mail and Digital programs, PSP Brazil is now seeking for a contractor to provide Donor Development strategic multichannel content services for its Direct Mail and Digital initiatives – including monthly appeals, extra and emergency appeals, reactivation and recapture appeals, as well as nurturing, retention and reporting materials. Content production, clear procedures and closer vendor’s management for these programs requires a daily dedication and frequent monitoring for
performance optimization.

The desired candidate is expected to have a complete degree in communications, Marketing or International Relations. It is necessary to demonstrate experience in Direct Mail production and Digital Communication for fundraising purposes, particularly in managing creative and printing vendors, as well as performing creative copywriting for e-mail marketings and mobile messages. Knowledge in analytical work for insights, segmentation and CX will be considered as an asset. The applicant must have proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese, including excellence in grammar and writing. Advanced English is also essential, especially for reading and translating.
