Procurement of UNIPOD Visibility Materials
The United Nations Development Progranmme (UNDP) hereby invites all interested and qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of UNIPOD visibility materials, in accordance with the attached technical specifications.
The procurement is divided into Lots as follows:
- LOT ONE —100 High Quality Branded T-Shirts (Unisex), 100 High Quality Branded Caps, 200 Reflective Wristbands, 50 UNIPOD UNDP Branded Hoodies, 100 UNIPOD Gambia Mugs and 150 High/ top quality Branded Tote Bags.
- LOT TWO —100 Notebooks & Pens, 4 Banners, 50 Branded Badges, 1 package of Social Media Template Design Pack, 3D printed design o, 100 posters,100 Factsheet, 2 welcome Arch,1 Transparent Plaque,9 SDGs/ UNIPOD Hexagon Boxes.
- LOT THREE —30 Branded Safety Helmets, 36 Branded Safety Protective Glasses, 30 Branded Safety workshop helmets , 50 UNIPOD Gambia Branded Work Laced Boots, UNIPOD 50 Branded Work Overalls, 50 Reflector Jackets,
- LOT FOUR — 6 drums, 3 kora’s, 3 Balafong.
- LOT FIVE —61 “Timbuktoo”3D with LED light Stand, 3 Photo frame for pictures, 2 3D Signage Totem “UNIPOD The Gambia”
Suppliers may submit quotations for all Lots or for individual Lots of their choice. Quotations must strictly conform to the requirements outlined in the technical specifications for the respective Lot(s).
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one.
