Functional Responsibilities

Under the guidance, direction and general supervision of the Unops Brasil Communication Associate and/or Project Manager, the Administrative Assistant (Communication) will be responsible for performing the following functions:

Operatively assist the elaboration and implementation of strategies and communication actions in projects:

Support the implementation of the program’s communication plan, focusing on external visibility and positioning with public opinion.

Support the preparation of communication products and reports, especially in the production part of textual content

Support the production of articles, posts on social networks and cards, including the capture of images and videos for multimedia materials.

Give operational support to journalistic coverage, organization and events.

Support the elaboration and execution of gender promotion activities, diversity and inclusion.

Assist in the organization of communication files.

Perform other tasks related to the position, as requested by Supervisor.

Under the orientation, direction and general supervision of the Communications Associate of Unops Brazil and/or the Project Manager, the Administrative Assistant (Communications) will be responsible for performing the following functions:

Education/Experience/Language requirements

Training

Complete high school diploma is required.

Undergraduate Diploma in Communication or correlated areas is desirable and can replace some of the required years of experience.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience (or less depending on academic qualifications) in administrative support work (in the area of ​​communication).
Experience with content production for social networks will be considered a differential.
Experience in communication for projects and/or communication in social, territorial areas or focused on rights guarantee will be considered a differential.
