-Triggering conducted and people ignited to stop OD
-Joint transect walk held
-Community mapping undertook
-Community action plan developed
-CLTS committee members identified and trained in hygiene
-Required number of post triggering took place
-Baseline and endline data collected and filed
-Required IEC materials utilized as per the guidance
-Mothers group established and trained in hygiene
-The activities of mothers groups followed up
-Sanitation campaigns conducted in each target community
-Triggering took place in target schools (at least 3)
-Technical advise on the construction of improved toilets provided to the villagers
-Emergency response provided wherever and whenever needed
-30 – 40 communities declared ODF
-Progress reported on weekly and monthly basis
