| Overview of position | Specific Tasks/Activities 1. Conduct regular field visits to ODF communities in the assigned area. 2. Facilitate meetings with CLTS committees and community members, and mothers’ groups to discuss ongoing sanitation practices and challenges. 3. Provide continuous support and encouragement to maintain ODF status, emphasizing the importance of sustained behavior change. 4. Identify any issues or barriers to sustainability and work with communities to develop solutions. 5. Monitor and evaluate progress towards sustainability goals, documenting successes and challenges. 6. Collect data and information on sanitation practices, challenges, and achievements for reporting purposes. 7. Collaborate with local stakeholders, including government authorities, NGOs, and other partners, to leverage support for sustainability efforts. |
