Vacancy Announcement – Field Coordinator

Project Description: Women Empowerment Organization, in partnership with Tearfund, is implementing the project titled “The Joint Initiative for Strategic Religious Action (JISRA) in Iraq”.

Duties and Responsibilities: Under the overall supervision of the Director of Programs and direct supervision of the Project Coordinator, the Field Coordinator shall perform the following duties:

1. Assist in all phases of project implementation within the designated scope of work area.

2. Organize community meetings with targeted communities.

3. Facilitate beneficiary selection processes.

4. Serve as a focal point between WEO and key stakeholders.

5. Build and maintain positive working relationships with communities, district administration, and local authorities.

6. Ensure transparent, accurate, and timely collection of quantitative and qualitative data.

7. Ensure regular, effective transmission of information to supervisors.

8. Maintain responsibility for project equipment entrusted.

9. Assist other departments and perform additional tasks as required.

10. Support logistics activities as necessary.

11. Represent WEO professionally during activities and meetings, safeguarding the organization’s image.

12. Respect staff regulations and security rules.

13. Foster a positive working environment with colleagues and managers.

14. Maintain confidentiality in all duties.

15. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
