COOPI is looking for health and nutrition experts to include in its Roster of Consultants to provide regular technical support to COOPI’s HQ and country and regional offices
Responsibilites
Technical experts will ensure that COOPI’s sectoral strategies and procedures are aligned with the latest sector standards and the organisation’s mandate, priorities and ambitions. They will act as key technical advisors in their area of expertise andwill work directly with COOPI technical staff at global, regional and national levels in an advisory (consultative) function, in the following areas of work:
- Project/programme design
- Capacity-building
- Project/programme evaluations
- Capitalisation/knowledge management
Profile of the candidate
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent)
- A minimum of 5 or more years of professional experience relevant to the position for which you are applying, specifically in an advisory role
- Excellent writing, research and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of English and French; knowledge of Spanish desired
- Field experience
TRANSVERSAL SKILLS
- Able to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Able to work independently and remotely, as well as in various settings
- Excellent organisational and management skills
