Vegan Nutrition and Fitness Coach

Overview

We are looking for a SUPERSTAR vegan fitness coach who loves to serve and transform people’s lives! In this role, you will work 1-on-1 with clients in our online coaching program, the Vegan Superhero Academy. If you haven’t heard of it, the Vegan Superhero Academy (VSA) is the most trusted vegan fitness coaching program in the world.

 

Job Description

In this position, you will work 1-on-1 with our clients to help them master their minds, create powerful nutrition habits and training routines, and build their best bodies ever. As the most experienced vegan coaching team in the world, we maintain high standards in everything we do.

The specific responsibilities for this position include maintaining the highest possible level of service for each one of your clients, building custom training and nutrition programs for clients, leading 1-on-1 and group coaching calls, tracking client progress, and pursuing opportunities for improving our program and client results.

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you MUST:

• Be a vegan who is passionate about veganism, fitness, and plant-based nutrition
• Be 100% aligned with our Core Values
• Be on FIRE to make a massive impact in the world!
• Be a certified personal trainer (CPT) and/or certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) with current certification from an accredited association
• Have a demonstrated history of client success
• Have a HUGE passion for helping people transform their lives. This is not a “9-5 job,” this is something you need to commit to fully
• Have an extremely high level of work ethic
• Have access to high-speed internet during all working hours
• Be an excellent communicator with stellar English grammar
• Be available to work 45-50 hours per week consistently (this will be a full-time position)

Compensation

There are three components of our coaching compensation:

1. Base pay: you will receive a set amount per month for attending team calls and doing other fundamental tasks as required by this position
2. Coaching pay: you will be paid a set rate per client on your roster per month
3. Bonuses: you will receive performance bonuses for achieving certain client success metrics

This role is a full-time position, but you will start with zero clients and scale up to a full-time client roster (typically about 35 clients for most coaches) over the course of 4 to 6 months. Over this time period, your income will increase accordingly. During this transition to a full-time client roster, you can maintain another part-time position to supplement your income as long as it does not interfere with your coaching performance. Full-time coaches on our team make $60,000 to $90,000 USD per year (depending on your performance). There are many opportunities for growth and promotions within this position! All compensation will be paid twice monthly (on the 1st and 15th).
