Vehicle Damage Assessor needed in Darlington

• Basic Salary c. £40,000.
• OTE of up to £45,780.
• Monday to Friday – Flexibility in hours possible!

• Our client is seeking applicants with significant previous experience working as a VDA/Estimator.

• ATA accreditation desirable.

Looking for a new challenge?Interested in joining a company that continues to expand across the UK?Our client, a nationally renowned accident repair specialist, is seeking a Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their team in Darlington.The successful Vehicle Damage Assessor will:

• Conduct the inspection of damaged vehicles, assessing the full extent of the damage, costs of repair and timeframes.
• Competently utilise Audatex.
• Identify the correct prescribed repair method and prepare, record and maintain records of electronic and manual estimates.
• Liaise effectively with insurance companies.
• Inform and collaborate effectively alongside the wider Bodyshop; ensuring Technicians understand the repair methodology.

The successful Vehicle Damage Assessor will need:

• NVQ or ATA qualification.
• Experience using Audatex.
• Significant experience working as a VDA/Estimator.
• An ability to meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail.
• Full UK Drivers License.

The successful Vehicle Damage Assessor will get:

• OTE up to £45,780.
• 30 days Holiday.
