• As a Vehicle Service Advisor, ensure customers are fully informed of required service and repair work in a professional, approachable manner.
• Accurately estimate and explain the cost and scope of vehicle repairs—a core task for a successful Vehicle Service Advisor.
• Proactively upsell products and services in line with customer needs, demonstrating the consultative skills of a top Vehicle Service Advisor.
• Communicate timeframes clearly and manage customer expectations on collection and delivery.
• Produce job cards accurately using the dealership’s in-house system—an essential part of the Vehicle Service Advisor role.
• Maintain and update customer and vehicle records, ensuring compliance and accuracy at all times.
• Record all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, as expected of a professional Vehicle Service Advisor.
• Prepare, check, and finalise customer invoices—a regular responsibility for any organised Vehicle Service Advisor.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or Vehicle Service Administrator in the motor trade is essential.
• Ability to confidently sell additional products and services, as expected of a customer-focused Vehicle Service Advisor.
• A valid driving licence is required for the Vehicle Service Advisor position.
