Introduction
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), as part of its Stabilization Programme in Cabo Delgado, is seeking a qualified and experienced service provider to deliver catering services and suitable conference venue for the upcoming Sensemaking Workshop for the UNDP Stabilization Programme to be held in Pemba, Cabo Delgado Province over three days, from 4 to 6 November 2025.
The event will bring together government representatives, donors, and UNDP staff and will involve approximately 54 participants.
The required services include the provision of
breakfast and lunch with non-alcoholic drinks,
vegetarian and dietary options upon request, and a
fully equipped conference venue with appropriate seating, audiovisual support, and sanitation facilities.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
