| Position Summary | This position will receive and prepare biopsied samples for formalin fixed histological analysis. This includes the creation of tissue cassettes for each case, properly trimming specimens submitted and placing tissue in correct cassette. This position will also be responsible for disposal of fixed, frozen and fresh tissues. The incumbent will be responsible for mixing formalin concentrate. The incumbent must safely lift and carry items that weigh up to 50lbs. The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. by proposed start date; Colorado State University Diagnostic Laboratories will not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
