Your Role

As VP Business Development, you will report to Stefaan Vertriest, President of the Power Technique Service Division and you become part of the divisional team.

  • You will gain insights in the service business of progressive cavity pumps and develop a strategic roadmap to structurally grow our footprint in the flow service business. To do so, you work closely together with your colleagues in the Power and Flow division, product companies and relevant customer centers;
  • You will focus on acquiring dealers and service partners active in the flow business, specifically in wastewater treatment across the globe, with a focus on competitor dealers. It is your responsibility to map the dealer and service partner network, build our competence and personal network in this channel, and build the success factor model in dealer acquisition;
  • You will map and understand the Progressive Cavity pump parts replacement market, focusing on Rotor and Stator but also understanding the main parameter for success in the “servitization” of the Progressive Cavity Flow business. You will acquire and build the Rotor+Stator replacement solution, to become the leading company on a global scale for the Rotor and Stator replacement market;
  • You will build, manage, and execute the integration roadmap for both the dealers and components manufacturers.

  • You have a university degree and/or can rely on 5+ years of experience in similar business environment;
  • You are an experienced manager with a track record in Business Development, if possible within the Atlas Copco group;
  • You have gained relevant experience in an entrepreneurial business environment. Additional experience in the ‘Power and Flow-world’ would be considered a nice extra;
  • You look forward to frequent travel to establish the right connections and collaboration;
  • You are fluent in English, as this is our internal language.
