Ashor Foundation seeks to engage a qualified video and audio production trainer to develop and deliver specialised video and audio production training to ARD media staff. The trainer will focus on enhancing the video and audio production of the ARD media staff.

 

1.  Expected Outputs

• Provide comprehensive training on video and audio production techniques, including:
  1. Videography and cinematography.
  2. Audio recording and editing.

• Video editing and post-production.

1. Storytelling and content development.

• enhance the participant’s ability to develop optimized professional media content for all major social media platforms.
• Equip the participants with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to independently produce effective video and audio content.
• Support the integration of video and audio production capabilities within the organization’s communication and outreach strategies. Provision of comprehensive post-training evaluations to measure participant comprehension and practical application of skills.
• Submission of a detailed report outlining training outcomes and recommendations for further development.

 

2.  Agreement Details

• The Trainer will conduct in-person training sessions.
• The training sessions will be scheduled over a period of 3 days.
• The trainer will deliver a comprehensive training plan and post-training evaluation

 

3.  Deliverables

• A detailed training plan, specifying the objectives, topics, and
• Training materials tailored to the specific needs of the staff.
• A final report summarizing the outcomes of the training sessions, including participant progress.
• Design a comprehensive training curriculum covering the key aspects of video and audio production.

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.  Methodology

• The Video and Audio Production Trainer will customize training materials to improve learners’ ability to operate video cameras, both on location and in the studio, for professional pre-recorded programming.
• Provide guidance on methods for editing video segments across tape-based and digital video formats, covering the necessary software, hardware, and workflows.
• Provide tips and advice on complete trouble and preventive maintenance reports on video and audio production equipment.
• Post-training evaluations will be conducted to assess the effectiveness of the training and identify any additional support needs.

 

5.  Preparation

• Preparation of all training materials and schedules in advance of the
• Coordination with Ashor Foundation to ensure alignment of the training with organizational policies.
• Ensuring all logistical arrangements for the training sessions are in place, including materials, venues, and

 

6.  Specific Tasks

• Design and develop the training curriculum and materials.
• Deliver training sessions as per the agreed schedule.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training through participant feedback and assessments.
• Write and submit a comprehensive training report to Ashor Foundation within 7 days of completing the training sessions.

1.  Eligibility and Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in video and audio production, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proven expertise in various video and audio production techniques, including cinematography, lighting, sound recording, and post-production.
• Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical knowledge to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in developing and delivering tailored training programs for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with the latest video and audio production software, hardware, and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to help participants troubleshoot issues and optimize their production workflows.
