We are looking for a PASSIONATE creator who loves storytelling and spreading veganism! You need to be self-motivated, hungry to learn and grow, driven, and willing to always go the extra mile for our clients, team, and company. Job Description:

This is a full-time, (mostly) remote position. In this position, you will be part of our Creative Team working to spread our message and help as many vegans as possible. You will be responsible for filming and editing content for YouTube and social media (we will fly you to our film sets around the US) and documenting our in-person events, such as our awesome Vegan Superhero Retreats! You will be an integral part of a rapidly growing team on a mission to change the world!

What you will be doing in this role MATTERS. The Vegan Superhero Academy is changing thousands of lives and making a massive impact in the world by helping to spread veganism. You can directly transform lives in this position and play a critical role in spreading the vegan message!

To qualify for this position, you MUST:

• Be vegan
• Live in the US
• Be 100% aligned with our Core Values
• Be driven and on FIRE to make a massive impact in the world!
• Have a love for storytelling and filming
• Have an extremely high level of work ethic
• Have a proven track record in videography and digital content creation
• Have access to high-speed internet during all working hours
• Possess strong communication skills. Communication is essential in a (mostly) remote team.
• Have a HUGE passion for helping people transform their lives – this is not a “9-5 job,” this is something you need to commit to fully
• Be willing to travel for filming (we generally film in 7- to 10-day blocks every 4-8 weeks) and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

You will start in this position at a base salary of $60,000 USD to $70,000 USD that reflects your experience, with performance bonuses based on the impact your videos have on growing our brand and company. You will also have plenty of upward earning potential based on your performance. We are heavily investing in growing our brand and Creative Team, and we’d love to grow with you!
