The British Embassy Copenhagen is part of a world-wide network representing UK political, economic and consular interests overseas. We are recruiting a creative, driven and politically minded individual with comms experience to support our work on strategic communications and digital media. You will join the Political Team, as the Communications and Digital Media Assistant covering Foreign, Security and Climate Policy, as well as Public Diplomacy: a key pillar of our Embassy’s work. The Political Team is a high performing team that enjoys a strong reputation for the quality of its communications, events, reporting, analysis and influencing. |
Why should you apply?
As part of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues across the Political Section, and broader Embassy to understand the UK’s position on key issues. This will inform digital content and influential comms campaigns that you will be responsible for curating to influence key stakeholders and build Danish support for UK policy priorities. You will create content for a variety of digital media channels, based on:

- This is a full time, permanent contract subject to a 3-month probation period;
- 35-hours working week with a focus on work-life balance, with the potential for some homeworking and flexible working hours;
