Main purpose of job:
To manage, quality assure, analyse and report on data collected and processed as part of the ARIT programme. This position holder will be responsible to ensure high level of data accuracy, quality controls and compliance with FCDO’s data protection policies and guidance. Additionally, provide support to ARIT team members for varied data/management information requirements, develop and share guidance and manage the ARIT Microsoft Teams sites.
Roles and responsibilities / what will the jobholder be expected to achieve?
- Maintain and develop the ARIT data and spreadsheets, with a priority placed on the quality and accuracy of data.
- Perform regular data assurance checks on the ARIT data, focusing on quality control and GDPR compliance.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc data reporting, statistics and management information.
- Maintain ARIT Teams sites including both user access management and content management.
- Develop, refine and maintain data dashboards, ensuring metrics are accurate and relevant.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks related to the collation and distribution of ARIT information/data management.
- Continuously review, and where applicable improve, ARIT data management requirements and processes.
- Adhere to ARIT GDPR requirements and SOPs and implement processes to manage these.
- Work collaboratively within ARIT Team, BHC’s information manager and central team on data and information manager.

Qualifications:
Graduation (with majors in statistics, software development, data analysis)
Technical competencies: In addition the behaviours, candidates will be tested on two technical competencies. Technical Competencies for the job: Technical competency 1: Acquiring data and understanding customers needs Technical competency 2: Data Analysis |
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in a management, programme management, logistics, operations related jobs in Pakistan.
Skills:
• A high level of IT literacy, specifically Microsoft Excel. Must be comfortable with complex formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, data manipulation, charting etc.
• Strong data analytical and logical reasoning skills, with excellent attention to detail and problem solving.
• The ability to work to a high level of data accuracy is essential.
• Familiar with other Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word/Power Point) and associated tools such as mail merging.
• Familiar with Microsoft Teams
• A highly organised, flexible, innovative and team oriented approach.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI would be beneficial. |

For BHC candidates, the Country Based Staff BHC Terms & Conditions will apply. For other than BHC candidates the basic salary will be PKR 204,226 per month. This salary is non-negotiable.
‘Please note that the current salaries are being dollarized and processed in USD (using a fixed corporate exchange rate from November 2022) to provide cushion against the current external market conditions. This is a temporary measure and is subject to review at regular intervals. The payroll will revert to local currency processing once the external market conditions are normalised.
