Main purpose of job:
Electronic Technician will be expected to oversee General Maintenance, Planned and Reactive of Electronic Board, Fire alarm Panel and Generator Control panel.
We reserve the right to review, revise or amend the roles and responsibilities from time to time reflecting the changing needs of business.
Roles and responsibilities / what will the jobholder be expected to achieve?
- Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Day to Day maintenance (DDM) in residential and offices electronic equipment including whitegoods.
- Working to agreed schedules and timescales and compliant with FCDO regulations, and Health & Safety standards.
- Troubleshooting of Generator’s control panel system by diagnostic tests compliance with Health and Safety Protocols.
- Installation, Maintenance and Repairing of Fire alarm System.
- Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and annually logs and record of all fire alarm panels related maintenance and checklist.
- Able to work confidently with any alteration/addition on electronic component to make thing in working condition.
- Able to work overtime as and when required.
- Install, Inspect, maintenance, repairing work of road blocker, turnstile and security gates.
- Perform another job-related task as assigned by Line Manager
Language requirements:
Language: English, Urdu
Level of language required: English Basic (able read and understand English) and can speak fluent Urdu

Essential on arrival:
- Minimum Secondary level Education.
- At least five years practical experience of Electronic Repairing, Maintenance, and Servicing.
- A minimum of one-year practical experience on fire alarm system maintenance and Installation.
- At least one year certification in electronic from recognized Technical Institute/Board.
- Valid LTV/Motorcar Driving License.
- Have basic knowledge and able to work on Power Wizard and Deepsea control panels.

For BHC candidates, the Country Based Staff BHC Terms & Conditions will apply.
For other than BHC candidates the basic salary will be PKR 84,986 per month. This salary is non-negotiable.
Please note that the current salaries are being dollarized and processed in USD (using a fixed corporate exchange rate from November 2022) to provide cushion against the current external market conditions. This is a temporary measure and is subject to review at regular intervals. The payroll will revert to local currency processing once the external market conditions are normalised.
No relocation or any other related costs or assistance will be provided.
