Main Purpose of Job:
This role is based in Hong Kong and sits with the Global Communication and Marketing Hub team at UK Department for Business and Trade (DBT). The jobholder will be responsible for designing exceptional marketing content for print and digital platforms, as well as providing other in-house design support for both online and offline marketing activities to our offices around the world. You will use your extensive design expertise to create visually stunning and compelling content that effectively communicates complex information to our target businesses and the public.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Sitting along the Global Communication and Marketing Hub, this role provides coverage across the world and is supported by outsourced agencies, helping colleagues across the Department and around the world to shape, manage and deliver joined-up marketing activities that achieves business objectives and meet the needs of our customers (internal and external).

This position is open to Hong Kong citizens, permanent residents, and partners/dependents of UK-based diplomatic staff currently posted in Hong Kong. Employment offers are subject to successful clearance of pre-employment checks. No accommodation or relocation expenses are payable in connection with this position. Candidates must have or be able to obtain work authorisation for Hong Kong in order to apply.
The jobholder may be required to travel. Some work (including travel) will be required during the evenings and occasionally weekends, for which time off in lieu (where applicable) will be given.
