Main purpose of job:
Working within the Corporate Services Team, reporting to the HCS, this role will provide overall administrative support to the CST as needed.
Roles and responsibilities/what will the jobholder be expected to achieve:
1. HR & Administrative Work
- Assist the Post HR in setting up the new hire induction programme.
- Prepares materials and schedule for the new hire induction.
- Provides assistance to Post HR on Employee Engagement events and other administrative works
- Provides assistance to the Head of Corporate Services with administrative work from time to time.
- Maintains the accuracy of the Embassy’s Master File through People Connect.
- Maintains the Honesty Store to ensure the stock is complete.
- Assist on procurement of items for Crisis Storage
2. Transport
- Provides support with the CSA – Logistics and Events on Embassy fleet booking and driver schedules
- Coordinates with requesting party to confirm their transport requests
- Ensures schedule are being calendar accordingly to avoid conflict and double booking.

The role being advertised is a full-time internship for six (6) months, with a stipend of PhP10,500 per month. Work hours is 36 hours/week Monday to Friday – 8.00 to 17.00.
No accommodation or relocation expenses are payable in connection with this position. You must have work authorisation for the Philippines in order to apply.
Employment offers are subject to successful clearance of pre-employment checks.
Candidates are expected to have a valid NBI Clearance.
