The British Embassy La Paz is currently seeking a new member of staff to join the team. The new officer will be the Personal Assistant to the ambassador and will support the Corporate Services Team.
Roles and responsibilities:
The post holder´s main responsibilities on a day to day tasks will be:
- Receiving and processing all correspondence to the Ambassador and the Embassy
- Managing the Ambassador’s diary and arranging transport
- Co-ordinate briefings and speeches required for meetings and events
- Day to day co-ordination of activities in the Ambassador’s office
- Support to the Corporate Services Team
- Flexible resource support for other embassy functions as required.
