Information About the Role This Senior Manager- Export Campaign (SEO) role will be part of our regional exports and trade promotion team – which aims to connect UK businesses with high-value international opportunities—helping UK exporters, and the economy, to grow. The role will lead the delivery of select priority export promotion campaigns in LATAC. These export campaigns will be centred around the growth priorities and trade opportunities outlined in the UK’s recently published Modern Industrial Strategy and Trade Strategy. The Senior Manager- Export Campaign (SEO) will lead the strategic planning and be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of select export campaigns across the LATAC region, reporting to DBT LATAC’s senior management. This role requires a high level of autonomy, strategic oversight, and the ability to manage complex and multi-sectoral initiatives. The SEO will be responsible for identifying and developing high-value export opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with senior private and public sector stakeholders (including c-suite level business leaders and government ministers). They will also be responsible for line management of export campaign managers (HEOs), shaping policy-relevant insights, and coordinating cross-regional efforts to support UK businesses in accessing LATAC markets. |

Essential on arrival:
- Fluent Spanish and English (both written and spoken);
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Previous experience of managing staff and leading teams, including to implement and monitor strategic workplans;
- 7 years of relevant work experience, such as but not limited to, experience forming professional relationships and build trust with a wide range of contacts from different backgrounds including at senior levels;
- Proven track record of successful business development: building client relationships, growing market share or developing accounts.

- Experience using project management or CRM tools to track progress against sales or commercial targets/KPIs
