Vocational Instructor (WBL)

Aid Gate Organization is seeking a Vocational Instructor (WBL) to support the implementation of Work-Based Learning activities within the candidate’s area of specialization. The instructor will help design work processes and convert them into occupational profiles for enterprises, agree on required competencies with the WBL Coordinator and In-Company Trainer, support trainee selection and profiling, prepare WBL training plans, guide trainees before and during placement, deliver off-the-job training, coordinate with partner enterprises, monitor trainee learning progress, identify skills gaps, provide additional support to trainees facing difficulties, participate in final assessments, and contribute to evaluation of the WBL process.
