What is this Volunteer Role?

This volunteer role will give you the opportunity to work with a small, friendly Volunteer Management Team in this part-time, flexible and home-based role.  No previous experience is essential as all training is given.

Responsibilities

• Help the team find new places to post free adverts for suitable applicants.
• Generate role descriptions for adverts based on the platform being used for advertising and the needs of the organisation.
• Adjust wording of pre-existing advert to suit platform and job role.
• Place adverts
• Interview applicants
• Manage the application process using our Volunteer Recruitment Tracker.
• Carry out minor pre-volunteering checks.
• Monitor, support, motivate and accredit volunteers and their work.
• Keeping schedules and records of volunteers’ work.
• Maintain databases and undertake any other administrative duties.
• Help create training material for volunteers using Canva.
• Attend weekly meetings with the Founder.

• Computer, with functioning video and good internet connection essential.
