Lead on training, updating and upholding the health and safety policies
Inducting and orientation of volunteers
Collect and drop off volunteers and interns from the Airport, take them shopping and ensure they have everything for a pleasant stay, including taking them to hospital, if required.
Keeping volunteers and interns schedules and projects organised on the daily board by coordinating with the vet and caretaker teams.
Assist volunteers on a daily basis, knowing their background in order to propose alternative activities.
Answer any quiries, solve issues and support volunteers in any way necessary.
Create content and schedule social media updates about volunteer activities, animal updates and marketing of programs and fundraising.
Ordering and maintaining all necessary volunteer supplies in the kitchen and dining room, coordinating with the administration team,
Daily feedback to the administration team about volunteer meals, rooms and facilities.
Promote volunteer social and recreational activities during their free time.
Recommend day trips and activities and acompany the volunteers on them, if needed.
Sale of souvenirs
Coordinating the river dolphin watching trip with all volunteers and attendance to the manatee project for conservation inters.
Updating the website, pre-booking, pre-arrival, welcome to RAREC, Animal guide, and any relevant document necessary.
Support Education Assistant, if needed.
Requirements:

Good problem solver
Fluent English and intermediate Spanish is desiarable
Experience working with clients/customers
