At AnglicareSA we deliver programs that change lives within our community. With services spanning aged care, disability & wellbeing, affordable housing, and a vast array of community services, our incredible volunteers play a critical role in delivering some of these services. Through our partnerships with Universities and RTOs we also place around 200 students per year, providing a supported work experience to build a future workforce.
We are looking for someone to join our Resourcing & Talent Team who will take a lead role in this space and build on the foundations to drive it forward.
What are the key priorities for this role?
- Recruitment of volunteers into key programs.
- Ensure our new people management system is configured to meet the needs of students and volunteers, and to capture compliance requirements.
- Lead and promote volunteer engagement and recognition initiatives in partnership with operational programs.
- Ensure there are clear roles and responsibilities across the programs.
- Maintain Uni/RTO partnerships, coordinating student placements and identifying future talent suitable for employment.
What do you need to bring?
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- High level of initiative.
- Friendly and approachable with a strong customer service ethos.
- Comfortable using technology and online systems, with the ability to pick up new ones quickly.
- Highly organised with effective time management skills to be able to balance priorities across students and volunteers.
