As the Global Banking Relations, you will be responsible for establishing and managing OSL’s relationships with leading banks and financial institutions globally. This is a critical role that will help drive the continued growth and expansion of OSL’s business by securing strategic banking partners and ensuring seamless banking integrations and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive banking relations strategy to identify, engage, and onboard leading banks and financial institutions as partners for OSL
Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for OSL’s banking partners
Proactively identify opportunities to deepen existing banking relationships and forge new partnerships
Work closely with OSL’s compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure banking partners meet all regulatory and operational requirements
Report on the status of banking partnerships and make strategic recommendations to OSL’s leadership team
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry, with a strong network of contacts in the banking sector
Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing high-value partnerships with banks and other financial institutions
In-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape, compliance requirements, and operational needs of banks and financial institutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address banking-related challenges
Familiarity with the digital asset and blockchain industry is preferred
