Colorado Public Radio (CPR) is seeking a Vice President
of Donor Development.
This is not a remote position. Our VP of Donor Development
is expected to reside in the Denver Metro area upon
starting.
About the Position:
The Vice President of Donor Development reports to the SVP,
Audience & Development, and leads all audience and
philanthropic fundraising for Colorado Public Radio – including
membership and leadership giving, vehicle donations, foundation
support, legacy giving, special project campaigns and CPR’s current
Capital Campaign – to achieve annual revenue goals and long-term
sustainability to support CPR’s mission and strategic priorities.
This role has responsibility for the majority of CPR’s revenue and
oversees the development group, which consists of three teams and
will have three direct reports (Executive Director of Leadership
Giving, Membership Director, and Director of Development Services).
The role also serves as a senior member of the Audience &
Development division which consists of Development, Marketing and
Digital Platforms – and the overall CPR Leadership Team of
department and division leaders.
This is a new role developed as part of the strategic combining
of CPR’s development and audience divisions with a vision to create
an integrated and comprehensive audience to donor journey. In
addition to leading the development group this role will
collaborate with division and cross division departments and
roles.

landscape. You enjoy analyzing challenges and addressing issues. To
do so, you rely on your top-notch time management skills to
prioritize multiple initiatives.

Hiring Range: Grade 23, $113,200 – $150,900
