Pay

  • $52,000.00 – $58,000.00/year
  • May have access to a discretionary bonus depending on performance.

We are currently looking to fill a long-term warehouse logistical position in our Kent, WA location. This is a multi-paced role whose direct responsibilities are to support multiple field crews in electrical infrastructure and service work. In this position, you will be asked to make deliveries and pickups, procure and coordinate material with Project Managers, manage tools and an associated electric catalog of inventory, perform minor maintenance on equipment as well as other tasks as assigned. A background in the electrical or mechanical field is preferred but not required. As we are a smaller family-owned and run enterprise, we take pride in investing in our talent and will train the right person.Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Material Requisition Supervisor, following their directives and guidance to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Efficiently manage all aspects of warehouse operations, encompassing the organization, labeling, stocking, delivery, and meticulous record-keeping of all materials to maintain a well-functioning and accessible inventory.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for all staff while complying with best practices and safety regulations.

  • Possession of a valid Washington state driver’s license with a proven clean driving record, ensuring reliable transportation for work-related duties
  • Possess a current first aid card or be able to obtain one within thirty days.
  • Proficient in identifying electrical parts commonly used in the electrical industry
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, demonstrating physical capability for the role
  • Competency in using computers and familiarity with Microsoft products
  • Exceptional reliability and consistent attendance, which will be verified through previous employment records
  • Proficiency in operating a forklift and the potential to acquire industry certification
  • Strong mechanical aptitude is a significant advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain efficient warehouse operations
