Depot/Hub ManagerLocation: East LondonShift Pattern: Mon – Fri(Note: the role is responsible for 24/7 operation so ideally would suit someone able to be flexible where needed but predominately Mon – Fri role)Salary: £45,000-£50,000Pod Talent is excited to partner with an ambitious, rapidly growing, and genuinely sustainable logistics company. • Accountable for the successful leadership and operational effectiveness of the entire warehouse, responsible for delivering customer excellence, ensuring safety and building a culture of continuous improvement
• Lead, develop and mentor a diverse, high performing and enthusiastic team
• Scope and Identify improvement initiatives within the team and operation, leading projects across the warehouse & dispatch
• Continuously review operational performance and procedures, across service, cost, people and process

What we are looking for:

• A passionate, adaptable individual keen to support a high-growth organisation
• 2-3 years’ experience within a parcel/e-commerce/warehouse/logistics environment would be highly beneficial!

• A solution-ordinated individual with the ability to adapt to different situations and loves problem-solving!
