• Workload planning and volume forecasting
• Manage operation/department to budget
• Identify and implement productivity and Quality improvements
• Lead site succession/talent development for the site

• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices
• Previous and practical experience as a warehouse manager within a busy logistics environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to organise and train direct reports.
