As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?YOUR ROLEAs the Warehouse Supervisor you will be part of a successful team who are committed to supporting a high-profile customer. This is a critical role within the operation, and directly contributes towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and operation.This role is to work the hours of 6am – 2pm Tuesday to Saturday.This position is to start at the beginning of October.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Ensure health and safety standards are achieved on an on-going basis and actively promote individual responsibility for health and safety.
• Responsible for the physical appearance and safety of the working environment.
• Lead a team of Assistant supervisors and operatives, coordinating activities to achieve business objectives and goals by creating a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• To oversee and hold account your team for the delivery of targets and deadlines.
• Monitor team absence and performance, acting where necessary with support from Operations manager and a central HR team.
• Effectively make balanced decisions to support and improve performance/productivity and quality
• Ensure the team’s activities have documented processes and the team adhere to those whilst highlighting any defects or deviations.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?The successful candidate will have previous experience leading a team in a similar environment.
