We are committed to improving the lives of people and animals across the globe, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.Job Title: Warehouse SupervisorLocation: South Normanton, DerbyshireSalary: £31,820.76 per annumWorking Hours: Rotating shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm), Monday-Friday, 40 hours per weekAs a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our pick/pack operations. Your role is vital in ensuring that operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in line with the quality and service standards of Alloga UK, our clients, and governing bodies.Key Responsibilities:Ensure adherence to Company Health & Safety policies at all times.Take ownership of daily and weekly productivity targets and ensure they are met.Deputise for the Assistant/Shift Manager during absences.Ensure all dispatched orders are accompanied by the correct paperwork.Maintain compliance with cold-chain disciplines and MHRA/GDP standards.Encourage continuous improvement in all areas of contract operations.Record and address identified errors, ensuring corrective actions are taken.Train and support staff to maximize accuracy and productivity.Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for all direct reports.Manage resource planning to meet financial and commercial needs.Deliver regular briefings to staff and monitor staff appearance and conduct.Report all accidents and near misses as per company procedures.Ensure compliance with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures and training manuals..Competencies:Sound knowledge of warehouse activities and systems.Proficient in PC applications.Strong people management and communication skills.Excellent administrative abilities.Personal Attributes:Flexible and able to work shifts.Strong planning and prioritization skills.Effective delegator and motivator.Confident and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills.Committed to performance improvement and capable of setting clear objectives.Education, Knowledge, and Experience Required:GCSE Level Standard or equivalent.NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or similar environment.What Cencora offers​Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
