We have an opportunity at our Middlewich Distribution Centre for a Warehouse Team Manager due to continued growth on our night shift.Shift Pattern: Sunday – Thursday from 10pm – 6am.As a Warehouse Team Manager, you will lead, manage and control your area of responsibility, in line with area specific KPI targets and time constraints. You will provide effective leadership, motivation, training and development to your team and will report to the Warehouse Shift Manager.What you will be doing:

• Achieve and maintain pick accuracy levels
• Driving consistent performance of KPIs and managing productivity
• Leading, motivating and challenging a team to deliver consistently high results
• Collaborating with peers and superiors to maximize efficiencies and best practice
• Ensuring the safe delivery of stock to store & all admin is maintained to a high standard
• Use space and MHE efficiently ensuring workplace health & safety requirements are met

You’ll be perfect for this role if:

• You have excellent leadership, team building and motivational skills
• Being detail focused and having strong organisational skills is important to you
• You are energetic and have commitment to succeed in a challenging environment
• You have management experience in a volume & service driven warehouse operation
• You are able to operate in a fast paced environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines
• You have good communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to negotiate and influence
