If so we might have just what you are looking for!About The RoleAs a team leader in our warehouse you will be the first point of contact for team members in the achievement of daily targets, set by the management team, with a focus on guiding and developing your team.Some of the roles you could be doing include:

• Driving the daily performance of warehouse operatives to achieve or exceed budgeted productivity and quality targets.
• Implement the daily staffing plan, ensuring optimum output at all times.
• Deliver training on operational processes including Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Conducting team briefings, training and 121s along with return to work interviews for initial absences
• Carry out duties in the warehouse such as picking, packing.

By becoming a Warehouse team leader, you will be responsible for leading a team in processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, assuring the in-time delivery of possible life-saving products.To be a team manager with Alliance Healthcare we would value the following skills or knowledge.

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment including knowledge of Warehouse and Distribution Processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to use your own initiative
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent time management
• Previous experience of leading a small team would be highly desirable.
