• Location: Swadlincote
• Salary up to £35,000 (Experience – Driven)
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
• 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Make a Real Impact: Thrive in a dynamic role where you’ll shape our business and set the industry standard.As a Warranty Manager, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, productivity, SLAs, and claims spending.
• Monitor team productivity
• Resolve claims within defined limits across multiple platforms.
• Act as the primary contact for queries from the UK team
• Conduct performance reviews for team members.
• Implement new training processes
• Conduct weekly audits, and provide feedback to Claims Analysis and People.
• Address complaints related to claims following the company’s complaints process.

Qualifications needed for this Warranty Manager vacancy:

• Previous workshop or team management experience
• Background as a Master Technician, Workshop Controller, Warranty Manager, or Assistant Service Manager
• Excellent IT knowledge
• Experience within the insurance/call center industry is desirable
