The Website and Support Coordinator plays a key role in both our communications team and the wider team here at Echoes International.
The successful candidate will be responsible for our web and intranet sites, ensuring all content is attractive, current, accurate and easy to access. He/she will make sure the sites remain well-designed and usable, with scope for creativity to implement improvements. Encouraging prayer is a key activity for Echoes International and the coordinator will help with this across our websites, weekly prayer emails and other digital communications, so a good degree of literacy is required in this role.
Based primarily in our Paisley office, the successful candidate will also ensure that office admin is kept up-to-date, with some administration tasks. As part of the wider Echoes International team, they will have responsibility for answering enquiries, by phone or email. They will also take responsibility for office logistics, as well as acting as a support to all our events, setting up equipment, such as banners, etc, and managing presentations during events.
Previous website experience would be essential. Time-management, the ability to meet strict deadlines and excellent computer and database skills are all important in this role. Good interpersonal and team skills and pleasant telephone manner are essential, as well as stamina to organise storage unit and equipment.
Salary: c. £24k (full-time equivalent) plus 10% pension contribution.
