By fueling creativity, innovation, and progress within our teams, our products and services are designed for people to be fearless, to be changemakers.What the role involves:As a Website Marketing Specialist for the IOG Digital Experience, under the responsibility of the Brand Team, you will bring your expertise in marketing to the forefront. With experience in blockchain or disruptive/emerging technologies, you will collaborate closely with the Brand, Communications and Product teams to shape the image of IOG through websites and other digital assets. Your role will involve developing and executing marketing and communication strategies that resonate with our strategic needs, ensuring that our messaging is clear, compelling, and at the forefront of technology. Work with creative to regularly develop compelling visual storytelling on the IOG homepage. Success in this role requires strong collaboration across remote teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Research, and Communications.

• Ideate and manage strategies for the IOG website to meet business objectives
• Develop key metrics to evaluate success and form briefs for marketing materials
• Monitor and analyse the success of IOG Digital assets, ideate tests and improvements
• Work to constantly improve and evolve the IOG website to stay at the forefront of technology while meeting marketing objectives
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Head of Web Development to realise creative briefs for IOG digital assets
• Usage of work tracking software (Jira, Slack)

RequirementsWho you are:

• Ideally, experience in finance or web3
• Ideally, at least 1 year of business experience of blockchain or cryptocurrency technology, ideally around L1 and L2 scaling solutions
• Product Marketing Experience: Evidence of success (4+ years) in product marketing.
• Growth Environment Experience: Experience working in a rapidly growing organization and scaling technology from early adopters to mainstream users.
• Process Orientation: Experience in establishing and improving collaborative work processes.
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience implementing processes to define metrics and measure the success of products that are launched.
