Wellness Program Director

Bryn Mawr College has an opening for a Wellness Program Director.

THE POSITION

Reporting to the Director of Medical Services, the Wellness Program Director will elevate the holistic wellness needs of the student population including physical, emotional, occupational, financial, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and social wellness. The Program Director will support and manage the student peer education process.  The position will collaborate with campus partners to improve health equity and address college health and well-being issues for Bryn Mawr College students.  This role is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of campus-wide health promotion and education working in a public-health framework.

Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Psychology or similar degree required. A minimum of five years’ experience with peer education, at least one year should include management, oversight, or supervision of a peer education program and supervision of student staff, including training and hiring.  Experience in public presentations and outreach including strong verbal, written, and speaking communication skills.   Computer skills, proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
