WESM Production Specialist

• Produce stations Id’s, underwriting, membership and other spots for broadcast.
• Assist in the production of new programming for broadcast.
• Maintain and oversee the digital streaming presence and online repository of locally produced programming. 
• Scriptwriting
• Assist in the management of the ENCO automation system.
• Supervise and mentor production interns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• BA or BS degree.
• Demonstrated production experience
• ENCO Automations experience
• Must be skilled in the use of Adobe Audition, Pro Tools or associate DAW platforms

• Demonstrated Audio Production skills
• Skilled in spot  and program production.
• Skilled in scriptwriting
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
