Work Hours and Partial Telework flexibility may be available and considered
Salary: $5,241.00 – $7,043.00 Monthly

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has an exciting opportunity within our Wildland Fire Management Division as Fire Prevention Specialist. This position will catalog and develop fire prevention plans and activities with an overarching goal of reducing wildfires due to human causes. This position will work with fire investigation, communications, community wildfire preparedness, policy, and other wildfire prevention professionals throughout Washington and the Pacific Northwest to identify and implement actions to reduce human caused wildfires.
