Overview:Join the ITility team and make a difference! ITility seeks a talented Wing Scheduling Analyst to support our contract with the United States Air Force in Europe (USAFE). This role will sit onsite at Lakenheath Air Base, UK. This position plan and coordinate the schedule with Fighter Wings (FW), Fighter Squadrons (FS), Rescue Squadrons (RQSs), and Air Refueling Wings across the U.S. military to bring air-to-air refueling opportunities to on-station aircraft, incorporating required changes due to aircraft availability, weather limitations, aircrew medical issues, flight evaluation requirements, expiring event currencies, deployments and student training continuity. Furthermore, overseas locations require additional Host Nation (HN) coordination and localized procedures. Adapt quickly to changing circumstances in a medium-to- high stress environment. Responsibilities:

• Synchronizes the Fighter Wing’s daily flying and range schedule with on-station operators who utilize the airfield and ranges/airspaces to ensure it is accurate and de-conflicted. Inputs the daily flight plan into host-nation flight system.
• Coordinates mandatory training with host nation and required resources for temporary duty (TDY) aircrews and ensures the aircrew are in compliance with the Foreign Clearance Guide.
• Submits inbound TDY aircrew training/operation mission clearances to the Office of Defense Cooperation, U.S. Embassy in host nation.
• Schedules mandated safety briefings and local area orientation academics for inbound TDY aircrews.
• Organizes incentive and familiarization flights with Wing leadership and TDY refueling aircrews.
• Closely monitor timelines for and compiles/submits squadron requests for tankers, NOTAMS, quite hours, airfield hours adjustments, and airspace reservations via applicable scheduling resources.
• De-conflicts monthly simulator schedule with flying squadrons.
• Develops and posts weekly Operations Group (OG) Supervisor of Flying constraints schedule.
• Generates and submits weekly tactical data network messages (Link-16) to Air Operations Center.
• Schedules aircrew inputs for ground-based missile training systems with host nation.
• Manages the Strategic Calendar which includes fiscal year strategic outlook of flying hours, TDYs, training and operational missions.
• Synchronizes all squadron Directors’ of Operations input to the FW flying hour program (FHP) and discusses de-confliction/integration opportunities.
• Builds PowerPoint Presentation for and presents bi-monthly flying schedule and quarterly FHP plan/OG Calendar to wing leadership on a weekly basis.
• Presents strategic calendar to Local Joint Military Commission as needed.
• Oversees weekly Wing Scheduling Coordination meeting with squadron schedulers to de-conflict long-range and bi-monthly contracted sortie/parachute jump schedule, airspace and vulnerability period (VUL) times.
• Attend weekly planning/coordinating airspace restrictions meeting for coordination and de-confliction.
• Coordinates parachute jumps with Joint Airborne/Air Transportability Training teams, U.S. Army and RQS.
• Routes Notices to Airmen (NOTAM) and host nation Urgent Notice to Sailors for ground, air and water operations to host nation Air Force leadership.
• Accomplishes HHQ taskings as appropriate to include scheduling tasks and flight plan submissions for additional training exercises.
• Tracks Base Technical Arrangement requirements for Wing night/extended airfield operations. Keeps Directors of Operations informed of upcoming suspenses for planned activities requiring lead time for approval.
• Authors/routes electronic Staff Summary Sheets for airfield operating hours extension, quiet hours, or other reasons as appropriate.
• Manages wing’s airspace and ground range requests. Coordinates airspace access in foreign nations outside of host nation.
• Provides expert knowledge/information to United States Government personnel who represent unit requirements at airspace/range users conferences.
• Assists squadron schedulers with Foreign Clearance Guide requirements and tracks deadlines.
