Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £37,000 – £39,000 dependent on experience and qualification
Location: Hybrid approach to in-office & remote workingThe Women’s Health Services Manager will ensure the effective and efficient operation of the IRIS,
ADViSE and other relevant services for women who have been subjected to domestic violence and
abuse. She will play a lead role in ensuring that nia continues to deliver high quality services which
meet relevant quality standards. She will support the Director of Operations in the development of
services, managing staff members and projects undertaken by the team.We’re looking for a highly organised and self-motivated woman who is passionate about ending
violence against women, girls and children. You’ll have a ‘can-do’ approach and demonstrable
commitment to nia’s feminist approach to supporting women and embedding anti-racist best practice
