Are you a dedicated, passionate case worker with experience in providing holistic trauma informed care on an outreach basis?

Want to make a real difference by supporting women impacted by the criminal justice system experiencing homelessness?

CRC is excited to be recruiting for our team of dedicated professionals working to help change women’s lives and we’d love to hear from you!

Supported by a program manager and teammates, you’ll use holistic case management to provide specialist case management support for women who are impacted by the criminal justice system and homelessness.

Using a throughcare model you will provide a continuum of support to address the complex and diverse needs of women who have experienced involvement with the criminal justice system. Your role will include outreach support both pre and post release, including practical and psychosocial supports, creating community connections and participate in supporting other relevant CRC projects. Your usual work hours will be Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours work, as required.

Why work for us?

CRC is committed to supporting people who have been impacted by the criminal justice system. We work with some of the state’s most stigmatised and marginalised people, and we provide them with the help they need. While our work can sometimes be challenging, the rewards are significant.

To join us, you’ll need:

  • Demonstrated cultural competency and knowledge of issues relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and other diverse communities
  • Knowledge and skills relating to current child protection issues and legislation
  • The unrestricted right to work in Australia
