Impact Hub Berlin is looking for a Partnerships & Sales Working Student to join the team and support our growth by delivering diverse tasks within our team, especially within office sales.

Your deliverables
- Generating leads for our office sales (13 offices in our coworking space in Neukölln)
- Managing potential office tenants from leads to signature
- Supporting Partnerships & Sales Managers in filling in the sales pipeline with highly prospective leads, ie. through research and mailing
- Supporting Partnerships & Sales Managers in preparing CRM reports, emailing sequences and workflows.
- Ensuring a smooth usage of the CRM and performing regular data clean-ups
- Supporting the creation of pitch decks and proposals
- Assisting the Partnerships & Sales Managers in daily tasks
Your qualifications and skills
- You are a proactive, highly motivated individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships in a collaborative environment
- You pay attention to detail and can present complex information in a simple and aesthetic way
- You enjoy creating pitch decks and crunching numbers
- You are outgoing and enjoy exchanging with different people, trying to serve them best
- You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or German – the latter being a strong plus
- You are pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, etc.
- You have the right to work in the EU and are based in or willing to relocate to Berlin (unfortunately, we’re not able to sponsor a visa for this position)
What you can expect to learn in this position
- Insights into a growing team and the creation of all related processes (CRM, Reporting, Networking, etc.)
- The ability to manage stakeholders, characteristics and trending topics of our ecosystems;
- The ability to create Partnerships & Sales funnels and pipelines, and monitor a deal through to the close;
- Functionalities of one of the most known CRM tools on the market (Hubspot);
- The key role of Partnerships & Sales in scaling an impact-driven organisation.
