We are looking to hire a working student (m/f/x) based in Munich to join our People & Culture team starting mid-May 2024.

Your tasks – What we are looking for

  • Recruiting: coordination of recruitment channels and placement of job offers, communication with applicants, internal and external coordination of interview appointments
  • People operations: maintain the People & Culture mailbox, check recurring invoices, obtain alternative quotations, create interim and final references as well as templates
  • Culture operations: assist in planning our organization-wide team workshops and in implementing current processes in organizational development (e.g., values process, internal communication)
  • People & Culture projects: assist in implementing strategic topics such as employer branding, the introduction of the HRM system, or creating an alumni network

Your profile – What you will contribute

  • You’re currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, law, or related fields with a focus on people management in Germany and are based in Munich. If your degree is in a different field, that’s fine – convince us why you’re still a perfect fit!
  • You’re business-fluent in written and spoken German and proficient in English.
  • You work with a hands-on mentality. You like to take initiative and assume responsibility. You stay on top of unfinished jobs and bring them to an end.
  • You are open-minded and enjoy working in an international environment.
  • Work experience is desirable.
