We serve over 1,000 investment firms, offering clients 24/7 coverage through our team of 1500 employees located across ten offices.Job DescriptionWhat will you do?The Workplace Support Manager is a vital member of the Third Bridge team. No two days are ever the same as you help the day to day running of our busy London office. With your two direct reports, you will lead by example by coordinating the many different activities that this role brings, and ensuring full office coverage.Working in Reception, you’ll be the friendly face of the business welcoming visitors and answering calls. Keeping the office presentable and safe, you’ll liaise with building, cleaning and maintenance teams, and won’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves to remove hazards or mop up spills. You’ll maintain stock levels for pantry and stationery, placing orders and receiving deliveries, and help with breakfast, snacks and refreshments to keep our employees happy and fuelled for their working day.Health and safety is your number one priority. You’ll conduct daily inspections, and other regular checks to make sure the building is secure and fire procedures are practised. You’ll upkeep administration logs, and manage room and desk booking. You’ll become a go-to person for a number of things, reacting to ad-hoc requests and tickets that are raised by your colleagues in all parts of the business. A popular teammate: you’ll help with in-office events, staff socials and other opportunities to get the team to down tools and have fun together!QualificationsWhat will you bring?With your experience in office coordination and facilities, you’ll be well placed to look after our central-London location. You thrive in a multitasking and fast paced role where your keen eye for detail and fast decision making is needed. Health and safety first: you bring a good working knowledge of H&S and fire regulations and put them into practice in your day to day activities.Keeping calm despite the number of urgent demands that an office management role brings, you present a professional but welcoming face of the business. You build positive relationships quickly and easily with employees in all levels of seniority. You influence colleagues’ behaviours, ensuring office policies are followed correctly, and that office resources are managed fairly, including meeting room and desk bookings.You’re a fast learner and pick things up quickly, and then proactively manage your time to keep on top of your many duties.
