Wri Brasil iswith open position for coordination ofCapture and Institutional Development.Swill be responsible for leadingrelationships, partnerships andcaptures aligned with the strategy of the organization and the department, which involves proposals and negotiationswith diverse donor profiles.

Main activities and/or responsibilities:

Implement resource funding strategies: Collaborate in the elaboration and implement resource funding strategies in line with the objectives of WRI Brazil for the financial sustainability of the institution and the diversification of financing sources.Strategies aim to cover all aspects of a successful resource capture cycle.
Identify different sources of fundraising: Identify, qualify and explore various opportunities for fundraising that cover edicts (public and private, national and international), corporate partnerships, philanthropy, government resources, international cooperation, among others.
Contribute to persuasive financing proposals: Organize the scope of the partnership or project identified to articulate, with programs or other areas involved, convincing proposals to seek financial support and partnerships.
Lead trading negotiations: Lead discussions with potential partner or renewal involving scope, budget, counterparts, deliveries and financial negotiation, together with the responsible technical area.
Promote and cultivate lasting relationships with financing partners: Establish and cultivate lasting connections between WRI Brazil and its financing partners, fostering its commitment to our mission through regular and personalized communication.
Effectively use donor management system: Use Advanced Donor Relationship Management Systems and Technologies (CRM) to track, segment and systematically manage information and interactions with donors and contracts.
Analyze and report results: Monitor, evaluate and report the performance of resource fundraising initiatives for area management and technical teams.

Requirements and qualifications required

Undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree inAdministration,Journalism,Marketing,International relations,Public relations,or related areas.
Desirable minimum experience of5yearsin the areas of fundraising,Institutional development, partnerships and/or relationship.
Experiencein the elaboration and execution of strategiesmobilization of national and international resources.
Excellent written and oral communication inPortuguese andEnglish.
Availability for domestic and international travel.
Skillsin formatting proposals,negotiation and influence.
Great capacity forcoordinate teameto workin collaborationwith other areas.
