About the program:

The Wri Colombia Climate Program has been supporting the National Government in recent years in the identification of roads to advance highly ambitious policies about the climate and the environment, including those specified in nationally determined contributions and the long -term climate climate strategy (E2050) of the country.Colombia’s commitment to the Paris Agreement and the political will for climate action represent a unique opportunity to work in a country of average income to reduce emissions and improve climate resilience, while guaranteeing fair and equitable economic growth that improves the well -being of its inhabitants.

Functions:

ManagementofEvents# 1 (30%)

Participate in coordination,organization, realizationand development of internal and external meetings.

Managementof travel # 2 (30%)

GStionadministrative andTravel operationand transfersNEEDos coninternal teams and external allies.

Payment Management # 3 (20%)

Monitoring the accounts payable to providers of projects that request it.

Prepare and manage payments related to all the activities carried out in officein coordination with the area of ​​operations.

Management ofdocumentation# 4 (10%)

Collect and analyze data for the preparation of documents for the management of contracting procedures,shopping,Events,trips andothersactivitiesof the position.

Financial and Administrative Support Management # 5 (10%)

Contribute to reportsand proposalsonthe administrative and operational management of the organization.
Support financial monitoring of projects and monitor budget execution, providing support in decision makingat the time required.

Requirements:

Education

Professional in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related careers.

Experience

Minimum work experience of two (2) years in administrative and logistics roles, preferably in organizations of the social, environmental or international cooperation sector.
Office domain (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Digital Management Platforms;Experience with accounting software and/or project management platforms will be valued.
Knowledge and experience in administrative processes, including payment management, accounting monitoring, conciliations, management of advances, legalizations and documentary control.
Experience in structuring proposals, budget estimation and financial monitoring.
Languages: Spanish (necessary), desirable intermediate level of English.

Salary range:
