Previous experience in relevant assessment (Attach similar assessment done)

Level of previous experience in the region (Example for targeted areas is a plus)

Experience and qualifications of individuals who will conduct the assessment (personnel CVs)

Quality of consultancy related references, Supplier profile, registration, ID of owners
